Return Policy
We strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy ensures a smooth and hassle-free return process.
Exchange Policy: You can exchange your saree within 4 days from the time your received, provided the saree is in good condition as it was revived, neatly packed in it's original cover.
We do not have pickup facility so the pickup will have to be arranged from your own expenses.
Returns Due to Damage, Defects, or Incorrect Products: You can return your product and ask for refund only if the item is defective or damaged provided with the unboxing video of the parcel from beginning till end. The unboxing video is compulsory and should be captured on the same day the parcel is received.
You can call us at +919993337839 or mail us at sudhasilk1997@gmail.com mentioning your order number and we shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. It will take 7-10 working days to refund the amount after receiving the product.
Returns for Other Reasons: Once the payment is done , the order will be booked and it can’t be cancelled.
